He has vast experience in corporate affairs, compliance issues and commercial law practice, Intellectual property and conveyancing law. He has consulted diversly in commercial transaction serving both local and international clients and has ensured companies in diverse industries are compliant and up to date with new regulations and policies by developing company policies that are in line with the laws of the state.
